Thank you for shopping with Nova Oral Care. We are committed to delivering a seamless, reliable, and professional shipping experience for every order placed with us.




1. Shipping Timeframes

Nova Oral Care ships nationwide within South Africa.


Nova Express | Next Day Delivery
- Orders placed before 14h00 (GP/KZN)

Nova Priority | 2-3 Days
- Nationwide Delivery

Nova Core | 3-5 Days
- Complementary Shipping | Orders > R1500


Exemptions:
Please allow an extra day for deliveries to remote areas.
Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or logistical issues beyond our control. We will always assist wherever possible.



 

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are fixed nationwide and applied at Checkout.
Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over R1500, with occasional promotional offers.




3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak times, processing may take 1–3 extra days. You will receive a dispatch and tracking confirmation via email/SMS.







4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

If your tracking information does not update within 48 hours, kindly contact us at info@thenovasmile.com for assistance.





5. Delivery Address & Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we are unable to re-route orders once they’ve been dispatched to an incorrect address.

If you notice an error before your order ships, let us know right away, and we’ll gladly assist in making the necessary adjustments.








6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and is unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, The parcel may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.





7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving it.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the parcel and contents

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly
